Comprehensive covers
Comprehensive insurance covers are for those who want to fully protect their vehicle. They cover not just accidents, but also things like theft, vandalism, fire, natural disasters, and even animal collisions. It's your safety net for those unpredictable “what if” moments that could leave your wallet crying.
Third Party Only - Covers
Third party only (TPO) insurance covers damage you cause to someone else’s vehicle, as well as any injuries they might sustain in an accident that’s your fault. It also covers damage to other people’s property.
COMESA Yellow Cards
The COMESA Yellow Card is a motor vehicle insurance scheme that provides third-party legal liability cover and compensation for medical expenses resulting from road traffic accidents caused by visiting motorists. It is valid in all participating countries and covers third-party liabilities and medical expenses for the driver and passengers of an insured vehicle. It is available for both private, and commercial vehicles.
Time On Risk (TOR) Covers
The Time On Risk (TOR) cover is a non-extendable, strictly one-month Third Party Only insurance policy.

Excess Protector
Excess is the "small" amount you are required to pay in the event of an accident to initiate the claim process. To shield you from this cost, 99% of our comprehensive policies include an Excess Protector extension. This means that if you're insured with us, you won't need to pay the excess amount.

Reporting a Claim
To report a claim, start by taking pictures of the accident scene if it’s a motor claim, then report the incident to the police to obtain a police abstract. Notify us (your insurance agency/company) and submit the required documents, such as the police abstract, logbook, and driving license for motor claims.
